Meet Manvir Ahluwalia, a Law Clerk at Mehdi Law who brings a strong international legal
background and clear commitment to building a legal career in Canada. He is a lawyer
licensed in India and is currently completing the NCA process as part of his pathway to
licensure in Ontario. With this international legal background and a strong focus on
developing a career within the Canadian legal profession, he is an invaluable member of our
team.
Alongside the NCA process, Manvir is pursuing his LL.M. in International Business Law at
Osgoode Hall Law School. This advanced academic training equips him with a nuanced
understanding of both domestic and international legal frameworks and demonstrates his
commitment to developing advanced expertise in international and commercial law.
As a Law Clerk, Manvir provides comprehensive support across a range of practice areas,
assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings and memoranda, preparing contracts and
correspondence, and managing court and client filings. Known for a meticulous and
analytical approach, he ensures that all work product is thorough, accurate, and aligned with
procedural requirements, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
