Introducing Mohd Ayan, an ambitious law student starting his masters at University of Ottawa in the fall, he is a licensed lawyer from India. Currently assisting our firm as a legal assistant, Mohd brings fresh insight and meticulous research capabilities to our team.
Mohd is not only a diligent law student, lawyer but also a published author with his works recognized by some of the world’s most prestigious institutions. His legal scholarship has reached the halls of Ivy League universities, including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and the London School of Economics (LSE). His intellectual contributions underscore his potential as a thought leader in the legal field.
Extending his academic excellence to practical realms, Mohd represented his university at the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. His outstanding performance not only showcased his exceptional legal acumen but also earned him a coveted spot as a Semi-finalist in the Arbitration Centre of Iran Chamber (ACIC) Pre Vis Moot.
Further demonstrating his commitment to legal education and arbitration, Mohd serves as the Head of the Arbitration programs for the Maldives Moot Court Society. His administrative role underscores his leadership skills and dedication to nurturing the next generation of legal minds.
