Law Clerk

Sara Kargosha is a legally trained professional and National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) candidate with a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen’s University Belfast and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Toronto.

Sara has developed practical experience through participation in moot court and alternative dispute resolution, honing her skills in legal reasoning, advocacy, and negotiation. With a background in client-focused social services and interdisciplinary collaboration, she brings a detail-oriented, analytical, and professional approach to supporting legal teams and serving clients with diligence, clarity, and discretion.

Currently, Sara is working towards completing her NCA exams in order to practice law in Ontario.
